What's inside

Short enough to read today. Useful for years.

We wrote the checklist for one situation: your tests are in range, you still don't feel right, and your next appointment is your best chance to change that.

What you'll get

  • Why "in range" doesn't always mean "in balance"
  • The page worth printing: the full thyroid panel worth asking for, including the antibodies question
  • The questions worth asking at your next GP visit
  • Two things you can do this week, including the medication timing window and a simple daily tracker

What you won't get

  • Miracle claims, target numbers or medical advice
  • Pressure to buy anything
  • A flood of marketing emails
  • Your details shared, sold or rented to anyone

From the two of us.

We're Manny and Jilda, a mother and son from Australia. After Jilda's thyroid cancer and a total thyroidectomy, her tests eventually came back perfect while she felt anything but. This checklist is the page we wish someone had handed us at the start. What we built together next became ThyroBase, Australia's first thyroid-specific AM and PM nutrition system.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always speak to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you take levothyroxine or other thyroid medication.
