Why ThyroBase?

One AM and PM system, built for life with a thyroid condition. FSANZ compliant and co-formulated with qualified naturopaths, dietitians, research nutritionists, food scientists, and oncology pharmacists. Bioactive forms (methylcobalamin, selenomethionine, magnesium citrate, zinc gluconate) chosen over the cheaper defaults that most supplements use. No added iodine, no kelp, no soy or added goitrogens. Designed to sit alongside your levothyroxine, not interfere with it.

What's inside

AM · Pineapple + Cardamom. Selenium (selenomethionine), Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), zinc gluconate, plant-source Vitamin D3, Vitamin C from acerola cherry, naturally occurring food-form iron, plus 24.9 g of four-source plant protein and a fibre + greens base. Full doses on the nutrition panel. 560 g pouch, 14 serves.

PM · Chocolate + Cinnamon. Magnesium citrate, glycine at the FSANZ permitted maximum, chamomile flower, passionflower and grapeseed extracts, prebiotic fibre (acacia gum + psyllium husk), 5 named probiotic strains, plant protein, cocoa, vanilla bean. Full doses on the nutrition panel. 560 g pouch, 14 serves.

Free from: added iodine, kelp, soy isoflavones, added goitrogens, glandular extracts, hormonal compounds, caffeine, guarana, added biotin, fillers and synthetic sweeteners. Vegan, gluten free, dairy free, Australian made.

How to use

Morning. Take your thyroid medication first, on an empty stomach, with water only. Wait at least 4 hours. Then mix one AM serve (40g) into 250 to 300 ml of water or oat milk. AM lands as a late breakfast, brunch, or stand-alone shake once the 4-hour window has cleared.

Evening. Around 45 minutes before bed, mix one PM serve (40g) into warm water or warm oat milk. Best taken consistently around the same time each night.

Daily. One AM serve, one PM serve. Each box contains 4 pouches (2 AM + 2 PM), a full month of daily serves.

Science & certifications

Every ingredient sits on top of peer-reviewed research relevant to its role: selenium and T3/T4 ratio, methylcobalamin and energy, ferritin and hair shedding, magnesium and sleep, glycine and sleep onset, probiotics and the thyroid-gut axis.

Certifications: Third-party tested · FSANZ compliant · Australian made · Vegan · Gluten free · Dairy free · Soy free · Stimulant free · Hormone neutral.

Nearly every thyroid product we reviewed adds iodine or kelp. They are the two things people after a thyroidectomy, on RAI, or managing Hashimoto’s are most often told to be careful with. So we built ThyroBase the opposite way, on purpose: no added iodine, kelp‑free, no added goitrogens.

The ThyroBase co-formulation team

Qualified naturopaths, dietitians, research nutritionists, food scientists, and oncology pharmacists

Built for the right person

Is ThyroBase right for you?

It's built for you if

  • You've had a thyroidectomy or live with a thyroid condition (Hashimoto's, hypothyroidism)
  • Your tests are "in range" but you don't feel like yourself
  • You've stacked supplements before and aren't sure what's helping
  • You want one structured ritual, not five pill bottles to manage

It's not for you if

  • You have an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism, Graves')
  • You're pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You're looking for a thyroid medication replacement
  • You want a stimulant-based energy boost

Always speak with your healthcare professional before starting any supplement.

A note from Manny

We built ThyroBase with Mum.

She had a thyroidectomy after thyroid cancer that had spread to her lymph nodes. Her tests came back perfect, and she was wrecked. Exhausted, foggy, not herself. I looked for a supplement built for her, found nothing without iodine or kelp or fillers, so we built it ourselves over 18 months of research, formulation, and review.

If you're reading this and any of the above sounds like you, I want you to feel like ThyroBase was built for you too. Because it was. Try it for 60 days. If it doesn't help, the guarantee makes sure you don't lose anything.

How the system works

AM vs PM in 60 seconds.

Your medication refills the hormone your thyroid can no longer make. It was never meant to refill the nutrition that goes with it. The selenium, iron, B12, magnesium, glycine and protein your body still needs is what AM and PM are built to cover, in the right form at the right time of day.

Wake + medicate

Take your thyroid medication on an empty stomach, same time each morning, with water only. Then carry on with the rest of your morning.

AM · Pineapple + Cardamom

At least 4 hours after your thyroid medication. One AM serve (40g) into 250 to 300ml water or oat milk. 24.9g protein, selenium, B12, iron, zinc, vitamin D. No crash.

PM · Chocolate + Cinnamon

45 minutes before bed. One PM serve (40g) into warm water or warm oat milk (avoid hot liquids). Magnesium, glycine, chamomile, passionflower and probiotics.

Your day, in two serves.

Two minutes, twice a day. The only thing to remember is the gap.

  1. Morning

    Your medication

Exactly as prescribed. On an empty stomach, with water only. Nothing about your routine changes.

  2. 4 hours

    The gap

Minerals in any food can interfere with how your medication absorbs. This is the one rule that matters most.

  3. Late morning

    AM serve

One AM serve (40g) into 250 to 300ml of water or oat milk. Pineapple + Cardamom.

ThyroBase AM pouch, Pineapple and Cardamom.
  4. Before bed

    PM serve

One PM serve (40g) about 45 minutes before bed. Chocolate + Cinnamon.

ThyroBase PM pouch, Chocolate and Cinnamon.

The one rule:at least 4 hours between your thyroid medication and your AM serve.

Sits alongside your thyroid medication, never instead of it.

The substance difference

Most thyroid supplements are built on the one thing you were told to watch.

Read the back of almost any “thyroid support” supplement, or the greens powder beside it, and you’ll find the same two ingredients near the top: iodine and kelp. If you live with a thyroid condition, there’s a good chance you’ve already been told to keep an eye on exactly those. We built ThyroBase the opposite way, on purpose, then built it into a complete daily system.

01Built for a real thyroid life
Made for life post-thyroidectomy, with Hashimoto’s or hypothyroidism, or for when your tests read fine and your body doesn’t agree. A specific person, not a generic wellness for everyone.
02Left out, on purpose
Deliberately made with no added iodine and no kelp, with no added goitrogens, and no soy, fillers, stimulants or added biotin. What we left out was a decision, made with your own awareness in mind.
03Bioactive forms, doses you can read
Methylcobalamin, selenomethionine, magnesium citrate, zinc gluconate, the forms your body can put to work, at researched doses printed on the label. No proprietary blends. A month weighs 2.24kg because those doses are real, not sprinkled: you can’t hide a real dose in a capsule.
04A morning and a night
Two distinct serves, not one tub of sameness. AM for steady daytime energy and focus. PM for wind-down, recovery and sleep. The way a day with a thyroid actually moves.
05Signed off by people who’d know
Co-formulated with qualified naturopaths, dietitians, research nutritionists, food scientists, and oncology pharmacists. Australian made, FSANZ compliant. Made to sit alongside your thyroid medication, never to replace it.

And yes, there’s 47g of plant protein a day, because a real foundation should feed you too. It’s simply the least interesting reason to take it.

Why two formulas, not one.

Minerals like iron and magnesium compete for absorption. Most formulas put everything in a single dose. We built an AM and a PM, so nothing competes.

What's inside, and why it's there.

No proprietary blends. No fairy dust. Every ingredient at a researched dose, or it doesn't make the pouch.

AM Cofactor

Selenium

Selenomethionine · chelated
What it is:

An essential trace mineral.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Cofactor for T4-to-T3 conversion. Up to 30% of post-thyroidectomy people sit at the bottom of the normal range here.

AM Cofactor

Vitamin B12

Methylcobalamin
What it is:

A water-soluble B vitamin.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Bioactive form, no conversion needed. 27% of hypothyroid people are deficient (Benites-Zapata, 2023).

AM Foundation

Plant-Based Iron

Naturally occurring · food-form
What it is:

An essential mineral.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

No added iron compound. It comes from the food base itself: pea and pumpkin seed proteins, spinach, spirulina. Ferritin is one of the strongest correlates of hair shedding and energy, and food-form iron is gentle on the gut.

AM Cofactor

Zinc

Zinc gluconate
What it is:

An essential trace mineral.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Required for thyroid hormone synthesis. Pairs with selenium in T4-to-T3 conversion.

AM Cofactor

Vitamin D3

Plant-source D3
What it is:

A fat-soluble vitamin, sourced from plants.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

A daily top-up to support what sunshine and diet provide. Low vitamin D status is linked to autoimmune thyroid conditions.

AM Cofactor

Vitamin C

Acerola cherry extract
What it is:

A water-soluble vitamin, here from whole acerola cherry.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Whole-food source with bioflavonoid cofactors intact. Supports absorption of the naturally occurring iron in the AM base.

AM Foundation

Plant Protein Matrix

24.9 g · four plant sources
What it is:

A plant protein blend from four sources.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Yellow pea, brown rice, faba bean, pumpkin seed. Soy-free, complete amino acid profile.

PM Repair

Magnesium

Magnesium citrate
What it is:

An essential mineral.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

The most documented mineral for sleep onset and quality (Abbasi, 2012, RCT). Citrate form, well-absorbed.

PM Repair

Glycine

The FSANZ permitted maximum
What it is:

An amino acid.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Lowers core body temperature for deep sleep and supplies a building block of collagen (Yamadera, 2007, RCT). We include the most FSANZ permits in a food, alongside the glycine naturally present in the protein base. No grogginess.

PM Repair

Chamomile

Chamomile flower powder
What it is:

A traditional evening botanical.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Apigenin binds GABA receptors with calming effect. Useful for the "wired but tired" pattern.

PM Repair

Passionflower + Grapeseed

Botanical extracts
What it is:

Two botanical extracts.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Passionflower is studied for anxiety-driven sleep onset and pairs with chamomile and glycine for the parasympathetic shift. Grapeseed brings OPC polyphenols for antioxidant support.

PM Repair

Probiotics

5 named strains · 2 billion live CFU per serve · incl. S. boulardii
What it is:

Five named live strains, including a beneficial yeast.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

L. acidophilus, S. boulardii (a beneficial yeast), B. lactis, B. bifidum, B. longum. We named all five and chose them for the thyroid-gut axis, where ~20% of T4-to-T3 conversion happens (Knezevic, 2020), rather than chasing the biggest number on the label. Paired with prebiotic fibre, because live strains need fuel to do their job.

PM Repair

Prebiotic Fibre

Acacia gum + psyllium husk
What it is:

Two soluble plant fibres.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Feeds the live strains overnight and supports gut barrier function, which matters for hormone conversion.

PM Flavour base

Cacao

Polyphenol-rich
What it is:

The seed of the cacao fruit, fermented and ground.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

The heart of PM cocoa flavour. Naturally rich in magnesium and antioxidant polyphenols.

PM Flavour

Vanilla Bean

Whole vanilla bean
What it is:

Whole ground vanilla bean.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Real vanilla bean, not synthetic flavouring. Adds depth and warmth to PM.

PM Warm spice

Cinnamon

Whole-spice
What it is:

A whole warming spice.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Adds the warm-spice signature to PM. A traditional warming spice that makes the chocolate flavour read as dessert, not medicine.

PM Warmth

Nutmeg

Whole-spice
What it is:

A whole warming spice.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

A pinch in PM for warmth, depth, and a subtle traditional calming note.

Natural sweetness

Lucuma

Low-glycemic Peruvian fruit
What it is:

A Peruvian fruit, dried and milled.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Low-glycemic Peruvian fruit. Caramel-toffee sweetness without the spike.

Natural sweetness

Monk Fruit

Zero-calorie fruit extract
What it is:

A fruit-derived sweetener.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Zero-calorie, fruit-derived sweetness. No glycemic impact, no artificial chemistry.

Trace minerals

Himalayan Salt

Pink mineral salt
What it is:

A naturally pink mineral salt.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Trace minerals and electrolyte balance. A pinch, not a season.

Whole-food micronutrients

Greens Blend

Kale, spinach, broccoli sprout
What it is:

Three named culinary greens.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Named, not hidden: kale, spinach and broccoli sprout at culinary levels. Naturally rich in chlorophyll and trace micronutrients.

Algal nutrition

Spirulina

Freshwater blue-green algae
What it is:

A freshwater blue-green algae.

Why it’s in ThyroBase:

Algal protein and pigments. Iron-rich. Quiet plant nutrition in the AM blend.

What’s in it. And what isn’t.

The real comparison

Five supplements, half-fitting.
Or one system that fits.

Built piecemeal, thyroid nutrition means five separate products that were never designed to work together, often in cheaper forms and guessed-at doses.

And here's what it replaces every month

What you're probably buying separately Monthly cost
A clean plant protein (two serves for 47g a day)$110 to $140
A greens or micronutrient powder$80 to $130
A magnesium sleep formula$30 to $45
A probiotic + prebiotic$40 to $60
A separate selenium / B12 / iron stack$30 to $50
Stacked monthly$290 to $425

Matched piece for piece, that stack runs $290 to $425 a month. ThyroBase is $369 a month on subscription, $399 one-time for Australia’s first AM and PM nutrition system formulated specifically for life with a thyroid condition. No added iodine. Kelp-free. No added goitrogens. Designed to sit alongside your thyroid medication, not interfere with it.

2.24kg of real food a month. 56 serves, 47g of plant protein a day, morning and night: a daily foundation you actually eat, not a supplement you top up.

Not five products that half-fit. One that actually fits.

Transparency first

Before you start.

ThyroBase is a food, and at this price you deserve the details most brands bury in fine print. Here is everything worth knowing on day one. If any of these apply to you, have the conversation with your doctor first.

No added biotin

High-dose biotin in many hair and energy supplements is documented to interfere with thyroid test assays (TSH, T4, T3). ThyroBase contains no added biotin, so it will not skew your results the way those supplements can. Built for a body that gets tested.

Thyroid medication timing

Take your thyroid medication first, on an empty stomach, and leave at least 4 hours before your AM serve. Minerals in any food can interfere with absorption inside that window. This is the one rule that matters most.

If you dose your medication at night

Keep the same 4-hour gap. Have your PM serve earlier in the evening, at least 4 hours before your night dose, or ask your prescriber to help you set a rhythm that fits.

Live cultures

The PM formula contains five live probiotic strains, including Saccharomyces boulardii, a beneficial yeast. If you are immunocompromised, in active cancer treatment, or have a central venous line, talk to your doctor before starting.

If you already take selenium

Each AM serve provides 26 mcg of selenium (37% RDI). If you also take a separate selenium supplement, keep your combined daily intake under 400 mcg, the adult upper level.

Overactive thyroid

ThyroBase is not for you while your thyroid is overactive (hyperthyroidism, Graves' disease). If surgery or RAI treatment has since left you hypothyroid and on replacement medication, you are squarely in the group this system was designed for. Ask your specialist if unsure.

Kidney conditions

The two serves deliver about 47 g of protein a day. That suits most people well, but if you have a diagnosed kidney condition, confirm your protein targets with your doctor first.

Botanicals to know about

PM contains chamomile (check first if you have a ragweed or daisy family allergy), passionflower (check first if you take prescription sedatives), and grapeseed extract (check first if you take anticoagulant medication).

Allergens

Both formulas contain legume proteins (pea, faba bean). Packed in a facility that processes products containing milk, soy, tree nuts, and fish. No ingredient requires a mandatory allergen declaration under FSANZ.

The formal statements

ThyroBase is classified as a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food under the FSANZ Food Standards Code. These statements are required for that classification, and we print them here as well as on the pouch:

This food is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a healthy, varied diet, active lifestyle and an appropriate exercise program.

Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.

Intentionally excluded

What's not inside matters just as much.

Never in the pouch

  • No added iodine. Unnecessary and can interfere with your thyroid medication
  • No kelp. High iodine content, contraindicated
  • No soy isoflavones. Impairs levothyroxine absorption
  • No added goitrogens (no raw cruciferous concentrates)
  • No glandular extracts. Unregulated hormone content
  • No thyroid hormones or precursors
  • No synthetic stimulants, caffeine or guarana
  • No synthetic gums, fillers or artificial sweeteners

What we are

  • A food-style functional nutritional supplement
  • Designed to support daily wellbeing, not replace medication
  • Formulated with naturopathic, dietetic and food-science input
  • Australian made, FSANZ compliant, third-party batch tested
  • Transparent about what's in it and exactly why
  • Built specifically for post-thyroidectomy and thyroid-affected customers
Bioactive forms. Researched doses.

Built the way you'd want it built if it were for someone you loved.

No added iodine. No kelp. No added goitrogens. No fillers. Designed to sit alongside your thyroid medication, not interfere with it. $369/month on subscription, with the Foundation Protocol and the Foundation Tracker in your first box.

Choose your plan
Your questions

Everything you need to feel confident.

Full transparency on what’s in ThyroBase, why each ingredient is included, and how the AM & PM system fits alongside your thyroid medication.

Why are there two separate formulas, AM and PM?

The two-formula system delivers the right nutrients at the right time, the way your body actually works.

AM supports energy, metabolism, and immune function with protein, B12, selenium, zinc, and Vitamins D3 and C.

PM supports muscle recovery, sleep quality, gut health, and overnight restoration with protein, magnesium citrate, glycine, chamomile, passionflower, and probiotics.

Magnesium sits in the PM formula because it supports relaxation and sleep. B12 and selenium are in the AM formula to support energy when you need it most. No other plant protein system on the Australian market is designed around this daily rhythm.

When should I take the AM formula alongside my thyroid medication?

ThyroBase was designed with thyroid medication timing built in from day one.

Take your medication first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, as prescribed. Enjoy your AM formula 4+ hours later. A simple routine: medication at 7am, AM ThyroBase at 11am, PM ThyroBase about 45 minutes before bed.

This timing ensures your medication absorbs fully before any minerals or protein interact with it. No compromise on either side.

Does ThyroBase contain iodine?

We never add iodine, kelp or iodised salt to ThyroBase. The only iodine in it is a trace that comes naturally with its greens, chiefly the spirulina, a freshwater algae rather than a sea vegetable like kelp.

That difference is the whole point. Kelp and seaweed carry high, unpredictable iodine, which is exactly what people with thyroid conditions are told to watch. Freshwater spirulina carries only a trace, less than you would find in a single egg. A lab test will still detect it because it comes from real food, but nothing is added on top of it.

That is what makes ThyroBase appropriate for people who have had a thyroidectomy or RAI therapy, where added iodine is the thing to avoid.

Could the ingredients themselves affect my thyroid levels?

ThyroBase is built to sit alongside your thyroid medication, not to act on your thyroid hormones. It contains no added iodine and no kelp, with no added goitrogens, no glandular extracts and no hormonal compounds, so nothing in it is designed to raise or lower your TSH, T4 or T3. It also has no added biotin, so it will not interfere with your thyroid test results the way high-dose biotin supplements can.

The one thing that matters is timing. Take your medication first on an empty stomach, then your AM serve at least 4 hours later, so minerals like iron never interfere with how your medication absorbs. As with anything you add, keep your prescriber in the loop.

Why should I trust a brand this new?

Fair question. ThyroBase started as something Mum needed after thyroid cancer took her thyroid, so we built it together, held to the standard you would want for someone you love long before it was a product.

It was co-formulated with qualified naturopaths, dietitians, research nutritionists, food scientists and oncology pharmacists, made in Australia to FSANZ standards, and third-party tested. And every subscription is backed by the 60-Day Empty Pouch Promise: empty the pouches, and if you don't feel a real shift we refund both months in full. The risk sits with us, not you.

Why is ThyroBase $369 a month?

Because one box replaces a shelf, not a single supplement. Each month is 4 pouches, 2.24kg of actual food: 47g of daily plant protein across your two serves, plus the vitamins, minerals, botanicals, prebiotic fibre and probiotics most people end up buying as a cupboard of separate products. Priced as separates, that stack typically runs $290 to $425 a month. The comparison table above breaks it down.

The other half is what's in it. Bioactive forms like methylcobalamin, selenomethionine, magnesium citrate and zinc gluconate instead of the cheaper defaults. Co-formulated with qualified naturopaths, dietitians, research nutritionists, food scientists, and oncology pharmacists. Made in Australia to FSANZ standards, third-party tested, with free AU shipping on every order.

And the 60-Day Empty Pouch Promise stands behind every subscription, so you judge it on your own body, not on our marketing.

What do AM and PM actually taste like?

AM is Pineapple + Cardamom. Bright, lightly spiced, closer to a tropical smoothie than a supplement. Mix one AM serve (40g) into 250 to 300ml of cold water or oat milk.

PM is Chocolate + Cinnamon, with real cocoa and vanilla bean. A warm, gentle cocoa you stir into warm water or warm oat milk about 45 minutes before bed.

Both are food-style powders with no synthetic sweeteners, designed as a daily ritual you keep rather than a chore you push through. AM lands as a late-morning shake once your medication window has cleared. PM is the signal your day is done.

Why is Vitamin C at 503% of the RDI? Is that safe?

Yes. The percentage looks high because the daily reference intake for Vitamin C is set very conservatively. The actual amount in your AM serve is 201mg, a very reasonable and safe dose.

Vitamin C is water soluble. Your body uses what it needs and naturally flushes the rest. Australia’s upper safe limit is 2,000mg per day. ThyroBase delivers 201mg, about one tenth of that threshold.

The Vitamin C comes from natural acerola, a whole-food source that absorbs gently.

How much should I take each day?

For most people, 40g AM and 40g PM daily is the right target. That provides approximately 47g of complete plant protein plus a comprehensive array of vitamins and minerals across the day.

If you are new to plant protein or have a sensitive digestive system, starting with a half serve of each and building up over 1 to 2 weeks is a comfortable approach.

Stay well hydrated. The combined fibre content of both formulas supports digestive health and works best with good fluid intake.

Is ThyroBase suitable for vegans? Gluten-free?

Yes to both. All protein sources are 100% plant-based, and the Vitamin D3 is derived from algae. Both formulas are fully vegan.

Both formulas contain 0.0g of gluten per serve, with no gluten-containing ingredients, and production runs dedicated gluten-free controls. If you have coeliac disease and would like batch documentation before starting, email hello@thyrobase.com.

How can I track the difference ThyroBase is making?

If you already have regular tests with your endocrinologist or GP, continue your existing schedule and share your results over time. ThyroBase is designed to complement those results, not complicate them.

Some people notice early shifts in sleep and daytime energy within the first 2 to 3 weeks. The clearer pattern shows up across weeks 3 to 6 of consistent use, and nutrient reserves keep building over months. The Promise gives you a full 60 days to judge it on your own body.

You do not need a test to start. Your existing monitoring schedule with your healthcare team is all you need.

Every purchase includes our Foundation Tracker. A free 6-page PDF designed for exactly this. A daily log for your routine, your energy, your sleep, and how you actually feel as you go. Preview the tracker →

How easy is it to pause or cancel?

A couple of clicks from your account page. Pause, skip a month, or cancel outright, any time. No minimum term, no lock-in, no phone calls, no retention games.

If you'd rather not log in, one email to support@thyrobase.com gets it done. And your first two months on subscription sit under the 60-Day Empty Pouch Promise, so trying ThyroBase properly never means being trapped in it.

Should I check with my doctor before starting?

A quick conversation with your healthcare provider is always a good idea when you add anything new. It matters most if you:

Have a known legume allergy (both formulas contain pea and faba bean). Have a known ragweed or daisy family allergy (the PM formula contains chamomile). Are taking prescription sedatives (due to passionflower in the PM formula). Take anticoagulant medication (the PM formula contains grapeseed extract). Are immunocompromised, in active cancer treatment, or have a central venous line (the PM probiotics include Saccharomyces boulardii, a beneficial live yeast). Have an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism or Graves' disease). Have a diagnosed kidney condition.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ThyroBase is not recommended.

These are standard, responsible disclosures. ThyroBase is a food supplement, not a medicine, and always sits alongside your existing healthcare plan.

What do I tell my endocrinologist or GP?

Tell them exactly what it is: food-style nutritional support designed to sit alongside your treatment, not a medicine and not a replacement for it.

The three facts they will usually want. ThyroBase contains no added iodine, no kelp, no glandular extracts and no hormonal compounds, so nothing in it is designed to raise or lower your TSH, T4 or T3. It has no added biotin, so it won't interfere with thyroid test results the way many multivitamins can. And the AM serve is taken at least 4 hours after your medication, clear of the absorption window.

The full ingredient list and both nutrition panels are on this page. Plenty of people simply show their specialist the label at their next appointment, and we encourage exactly that. Your medication and your care team always come first.

What 60 days actually looks like

From day one to your first shift.

Real nutrition takes real time. Here's what most people notice on the AM + PM rhythm, and what the long game looks like.

ThyroBase AM pouch with a spill of golden powder Day 1 to 14

Lock in the rhythm.

AM 4+ hours after your medication, PM 45 minutes before bed. Your body finds the cadence.

Early shifts.

The first shifts people typically report are sleep depth and steadier daytime energy. Subtle but real.

ThyroBase AM and PM pouches on a kitchen bench with two prepared drinks Week 8 to 12

Clearer signal.

Cofactor reserves build. By now the routine is second nature: two full months of consistent protein, minerals and micronutrients, day and night.

Hands holding the ThyroBase AM and PM pouches Day 90 and beyond

Your new normal.

Cofactor reserves stable. Sleep dialled in. AM and PM as part of your rhythm. The long game thyroid nutrition was meant to be.

Individual results vary. Underlying ferritin, thyroid stability and consistency all influence timing. And it keeps building: iron stores and cofactor reserves take months to fully rebuild, so the people who feel the biggest shift are usually the ones still going at month six. The Promise is designed to give you the time you actually need.
