How it works

  1. 1 Order ThyroBase on subscription.Your guarantee window starts the day your first order is delivered.
  2. 2 Use it.Take ThyroBase daily across your first 2 monthly deliveries (8 pouches total). The full system, AM and PM, every day.
  3. 3 Decide.If at the end of 60 days you don't feel a real shift in your day to day, email us at support@thyrobase.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5 business days.

The fine print

The bits we still want to be honest about. We've kept the rules short and human.

  • The window. The Promise covers your first 60 days from the date of your first delivery, which equates to your first 2 monthly deliveries on subscription (8 pouches total). Refunds requested after day 60 fall outside the Promise, though we still take customer feedback seriously and will always look at exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
  • Subscription only. The Promise applies to the subscription product only. One-time orders are not covered, because the Promise is built around 60 days of consistent daily use.
  • How to request a refund. Email support@thyrobase.com from the email address you used to order. Include your order number and a sentence about your experience. What didn't work, what you wish had been different. Your honest feedback is how we make ThyroBase better. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process the refund within 5 business days.
  • What you'll get back. The full amount you paid for the deliveries that fall within the 60-day window. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Original shipping is not refunded.
  • What you keep. The welcome materials we send you (the printed card, the digital Foundation Protocol, the Foundation Tracker, the education series) are yours either way. No need to return anything. The pouches you've used are yours. Empty them or don't, it's the same to us.
  • One refund per household. The 60-Day Empty Pouch Promise is available once per customer or household. If you've previously received a Promise refund and ordered again, your second order isn't covered by this Promise, though our standard returns policy under Australian Consumer Law still applies in full (see below).
  • Subscriptions. If you're on a subscription and request a refund under this Promise, we'll cancel your subscription at the same time. No further deliveries, no further charges, no awkward "are-you-sure" prompts. One email, done.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This guarantee sits on top of your statutory rights. It doesn't replace them. Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, doesn't match its description, or isn't fit for purpose, regardless of any other guarantee. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@thyrobase.com and we'll sort it out under your statutory rights, separate to the 60-day guarantee.

What this guarantee doesn't cover

We want to be straight with you about the few things this guarantee doesn't apply to:

  • Bulk or repeated refunds beyond the first 60 days. If you've been ordering for months or years, the guarantee window is closed, but reach out anyway if something's wrong. We'll always look at the situation.
  • Chargebacks instead of refund requests. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card provider without first emailing us, we won't be able to honour the guarantee process. The bank's process replaces ours. Always email first; we'll always respond.
  • Resold or transferred orders. The guarantee is for the original purchaser only.

Why we offer this

A promise this strong is uncommon in supplements. We offer it because we built ThyroBase for a specific kind of person. Someone living with a thyroid condition, often after a thyroidectomy, who has been told their tests are fine while their body says otherwise.

That person has often been let down before. We won't add to that.
