Shipping Policy
Shipping Within Australia
ThyroBase is made in Australia and ships from our warehouse in Victoria. We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
Delivery Options
- Standard Shipping, Free: Estimated 3 to 7 business days via Australia Post.
- Express Shipping, $15.00: Estimated 1 to 3 business days via Australia Post Express.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
PO Boxes
We accept deliveries to PO Boxes via Australia Post.
Delivery Delays
During peak periods (November to January) or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may exceed estimates. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if your order is affected.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@thyrobase.com within 14 days of your dispatch notification. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. If you are based outside Australia and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please join our waitlist.
