Health Disclaimer
ThyroBase products are nutritional supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including thyroid disease. ThyroBase is not a substitute for prescribed medication, including levothyroxine or any other thyroid hormone replacement therapy.
Always consult your healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition, or taking prescription medication.
Individual results will vary. Outcomes described in testimonials or marketing materials are not guaranteed to apply to every individual.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from ThyroBase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of a pricing error or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are managed through ReCharge Payments. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you select. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us at hello@thyrobase.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge date to take effect for that cycle.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product names, and design elements, is the property of Apoteka Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Apoteka Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or goodwill. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to that claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
